Who we are

We are an economically and politically independent consultancy and research bureau with branches in Bern and Altdorf. Founded in 1988, Ecoplan is a public limited company that is wholly owned by its partners. Our success is measured by the satisfaction of our customers. The key to this lies both in the quality of our analysis and consultancy services and in our close working relationships with our customers. Ecoplan provides its services carbon neutral.

Roman Elbel joined Ecoplan since 2019 and focuses on topics in the field of economics. He studied economics at the University of Zurich and holds a CAS in Data Science from the FHNW. Before joining Ecoplan, he worked as a research assistant at Economiesuisse and at the University of Zurich. He then completed an internship at the Swiss National Bank in Zurich.
