We are an economically and politically independent consultancy and research bureau with branches in Bern and Altdorf. Founded in 1988, Ecoplan is a public limited company that is wholly owned by its partners. Our success is measured by the satisfaction of our customers. The key to this lies both in the quality of our analysis and consultancy services and in our close working relationships with our customers. Ecoplan provides its services carbon neutral.

André Müller heads the Environment and Energy Division and has been a partner at Ecoplan since 1991. He focuses on energy, environmental, social and economic policy. He studied rural engineering at the ETHZ (1984) and economics at the University of Bern (1991). From 1985 to 1990 he worked first as an engineer at Emch+Berger Bern AG and then as an independent energy planner and DP instructor.
