We are an economically and politically independent consultancy and research bureau with branches in Bern and Altdorf. Founded in 1988, Ecoplan is a public limited company that is wholly owned by its partners. Our success is measured by the satisfaction of our customers. The key to this lies both in the quality of our analysis and consultancy services and in our close working relationships with our customers. Ecoplan provides its services carbon neutral.

Philipp Walker heads the Education, Family and Gender Equality Division. He joined Ecoplan in 2007 and became a partner in 2020. His thematic focus is on socio-political issues, in particular the compatibility of family and career, as well as education, gender equality and labour market policy. He also has extensive expertise in econometric and statistical methods and completed the postgraduate studies DAS for applied statistics at the ETH Zurich. He studied economics, political science and sociology at the University of Bern.
