We are an economically and politically independent consultancy and research bureau with branches in Bern and Altdorf. Founded in 1988, Ecoplan is a public limited company that is wholly owned by its partners. Our success is measured by the satisfaction of our customers. The key to this lies both in the quality of our analysis and consultancy services and in our close working relationships with our customers. Ecoplan provides its services carbon neutral.

Carmen Steg has been working for Ecoplan in the Energy and Environment department since 2024. She studied International Relations at the University of Geneva, specialising in international economics. She then worked for an NGO, the Federal Administration and a telecommunications company in the field of sustainability. During and after her Master's degree in Environmental and Natural Resource Economics at the University of Copenhagen, she worked on various projects in the areas of climate protection/climate adaptation and natural resources at a planning and consulting company in Zurich.
