We are an economically and politically independent consultancy and research bureau with branches in Bern and Altdorf. Founded in 1988, Ecoplan is a public limited company that is wholly owned by its partners. Our success is measured by the satisfaction of our customers. The key to this lies both in the quality of our analysis and consultancy services and in our close working relationships with our customers. Ecoplan provides its services carbon neutral.

Michael Marti is head of the «Society» Division. He has been with Ecoplan since 2001 and has been a partner since 2012. His focus is on labour, social, economic and fiscal policy. He studied economics and business administration at the University of Bern (1996). From 1997 to 2001 he was a research assistant at the University of Basel Centre of Business and Economics and obtained his doctorate in 2001 with a thesis on the substitution between employment and working hours.
